Thermal imaging solution for thermal image processing on rotating equipment
Applications based on FLIR cameras and bcbMonitor4.0® software allow detecting catalyst deposits on the upper edge of the blade, accumulation of catalyst (if any) on the blade, wear on the edges of the blade. Likewise, we can analyze the fluid mechanics of the combustion gases, isotherms, analysis of combustion temperatures, detection of insulation wear in protective installations of turbines, heating / cooling cycles, energy efficiency analysis, heat losses or non-thermal homogeneities.
